What forms of payment do you accept?We only accept cash, debit, and credit card. We do not honor checks. The only App Payments we accept are Zelle and PayPal.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?"Our services start at $40 and go up depending upon our client's needs. Group events are discounted. We are offering a Prom "Party Gal" Special for $70 (under 18y/o.) Phone Consultation are FREE. Hair and Makeup Trials are $150. Makeup Trials are $75. A NONREFUNDABLE $30-$75 deposit is required to confirm your booking appointment with us. We do charge a Traveling Fee of $1 per mile from 21114. Clients will be responsible for tolls and/or parking if applied. Our hair prices are based on hair length, hair style, and if extensions are needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First Step: Once you decide to move forward with our Services, please send your email address so we may send you a link to our Client Profile. This profile helps us help you with your overall look for your Event. Return your profile along with an email of your pictures. One of yourself, the Makeup and/or Hairstyle "Look" your desire. Second Step: We'll send you a Service Overview with exact quotes. Third Step: We do require a nonrefundable deposit to secure your appointment date with us. Fourth Step: We'll send your Service Agreement Contract which will need to be signed. Fifth Step: We'll see you on your appointment date.

How did you get started doing this type of work?My Grandmother was in the Fashion Business and we were always surrounded by fashion, hair and makeup people. I wanted to learn "how they made everyone look so glamorous" and so I did. I love my line of work and feel Blessed to be able to do what I love to do every day.

What types of customers have you worked with?We provide both hair and/or makeup services for every form of media including TV, Video Productions, Fashion & Editorial Photo Shoots, Engagement Photo Shoots, Fashion Shows, Weddings (yes, we're experienced with different ethnicities & religions), Pageants, Quinceanera, Sweet 16's, Step Shows, Cotillions, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Graduations, Birthdays, Proms and "Girls Night Out." We have worked with many celebrities. We do offer one-on-one and group makeup training sessions as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Go online or find pictures of different "looks" that you may be interested in coping for your special event. Bring your photos and your questions to your consultation appointment so you can discuss your options. This will make you feel more comfortable about your overall look you are trying to achieve for your event.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?My JM Glam Squad and I will come to your location of choice (within 50 miles of Washington, DC Area, without a Traveling Fee) to make you look & feel GORGEOUS. We will travel outside if 51 miles or out-of-state with a Traveling Fee applied. If there are any tools and venue parking, the Client will be responsible for extra fees applied.
